Yeah, it might be hard to get a trademark, just because there are going to be so many existing businesses already named “Pete’s [something].” On the other hand “Twist” is kinda novel. Of course, it probably doesn’t matter until you start franchising.

Looks like a great space!

You’ll probably run into trouble if this explodes and you try to trademark the name (hey, I’m thinking big) if your name is too descriptive. You’ll also have a problem if it’s “[name's] [goods]” because those are played out.

Whattya think of “Twisted Dave’s,” “Chills and Spills” or “Twister’s” Maybe toss in a tornado graphic.
